Only people from inside the fire were infected. People outside of building (see: myself) weren't infected.

Gaby's apartment was overlooked.

Morningstar intercepted information about a weapons shipment and the first group of us were inside.
A firefight ensued, everyone on sight died. All bodies were retrieved and footage erased.
