• Challenge Categories: Your solution must fall into one or more of the three categories listed - software, finance, and / or design. If you choose a design solution like a consumer product, there must a software component like an app that goes with it.  

• New Code: In the spirit of coming up with better and more practical solutions, we have posted the challenges in advance of the Hackathon. You can form your teams before hand, however, no coding can be done beforehand. Everyone may start at 8am on Saturday morning. 

• Code Review: Winning teams are subject to code review to ensure their code was built during the Hackathon.

• Presentation: In addition to your creation that must be upload on ChallengePost by 6pm on Saturda, all teams must deliver a 2 minute presentation for the judges and audience with no Q&A. If your team is selected as one of six finalists, your team will have the chance to deliver a 1 minute summary to judges with 4 mins of Q&A from the judges and audience.
