The level of badass in Iris is getting to epic levels.
Even going through the episodes without understanding half of the dialogue, because political and governmental vocabulary is not something I come across in casual speech at time, I'm getting enough of the picture to get what's going on.
And it's badass.
I may watch the whole drama though again with subtitles when they're all out to get the details.

It's amusing that my mother loves this drama as well. And it's kind of hilarious that she almost decided not to watch it because the show starts out with some of the romance stuff and she was totally Not Interested in watching that because it would be boring.
