My reading numbers must be skewed this year compared to previous years, because 2024 is when I consistently categorically started tracking my re-reads from day 1. Regardless, I only have the numbers I have, and I ended up with bigger ones. I read more fic and read more books.

I read

11 books ( 2 of which I fucking hated but finished regardless)
4,708 fic at an estimated 28.2 million words (inclusive of all the rereads)

My favourite Hannibal fic from years ago- re-read all 70k words of that 5 times this year. Because when I want to be cosy in the dark before sleeping, I curl up with my favourite murder romance.
