Donated to bail fund and local orgs following protests over the apalling death of George Floyd. It seems the least I can do at this point. I hope people are able to stay as safe as possible in such painful circumstances.

My home city just marked the anniversary of the St Pauls Uprising, when a police raid on the Black & White Cafe was the last straw after years of racial discrimination, raids, and police mistreatment. Seeing people's recollections of those events underlines how much of our history is written in riots because People are being failed over and over and over again.

Hope everyone is as OK as current circumstances allow.
