An escape from the ordinary. Welcome to Springline. A place filled with friends, stylish spaces, inspired gatherings, fresh perspectives and plenty of un-boring.

Morning, day and night. Outdoors and in. Work and play. Home and neighbors. Springline is a community created to inspire and connect.

It’s friendly and familiar. We have Springliners not tenants. Friends not strangers. Cool experiences, not expected ones. And dogs, we love dogs.

Springline is a place where we like to hang out, work, take our partner for date night, and live. A place filled with our favorite restaurants and shops and a place with a ton of energy accompanied by spaces to retreat.

We hope you like it. Have a scroll down and see how you can enjoy Springline too.

Cheers.

David Nayfeld Chef & Partner // Che Fico "I chose to open a restaurant in Springline because Presidio Bay’s commitment to building community deeply aligns with my values. The development itself is stunning, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly well-appointed, creating an environment that inspires connection and a sense of belonging. It’s the perfect setting for a restaurant where people can gather, share meals, and create lasting memories."
Dana Bloom Co-CEO // Proper Food "We’re thrilled to bring Proper Food to Springline! At Proper Food, we believe you shouldn’t have to choose between eating well and eating fast. Our fresh, made-from-scratch meals - crafted daily from the best local ingredients - fit perfectly with Springline’s vibrant, forward-thinking community. Whether you’re grabbing a quick, nourishing bite between meetings or enjoying a wholesome meal on the go, we’re here to make healthy eating effortless. Plus, with our commitment to donating unsold food each day, we’re proud to contribute to a more sustainable and connected community."
MIchael Huffman Robin // Menlo Park "We are so happy to be part of the dynamic restaurant lineup at Springline. Bringing our contemporary local omakase concept to Silicon Valley and the Springline community has been a wonderful and rewarding experience."
