Public Parking & Garage Entrance Garage Entrance on El Camino Real Immediately Past Burma Love.



The garage is open for public parking from 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM, 7 days a week.

To return to your car, use the marked elevator lobby between Andytown Coffee and Che Fico Parco Menlo.

All other elevator lobby entrances will only be accessible to the commercial office tenants.

Storage of vehicles is not permitted. Public parking is limited to a maximum of 24 hours unless prior arrangements have been made.

Public Parking

Hours: Open daily from 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM

Entry/Exit: Enter via El Camino Real or Garwood Way

Parking: Not assigned; park in any available space.

Rates: First 2 hours are free, then $3 per hour, with a $20 daily max and $20 overnight fee. Validation available when dining at a restaurant on property.

Ticket: Keep your ticket; lost tickets cost $20.

Duration: Public parking limited to 72 hours unless pre-arranged.



Wayfinding Guide:

Shops on Oak Grove: Access via yellow/grey elevators

Shops on El Camino Real: Access via red elevators

North Office (1302): Access via blue elevators

South Office (1300): Access via green elevators

Plaza Staircase: From the Garage Level look for the Black and Grey decals pointing to the stairwell access. From the Plaza Level access via metal gate.

Office and Restaurant Tenant Parking

Entry/Exit: Enter via El Camino Real or Garwood Way. Please direct your guests and visitors to do the same.

Parking: Not assigned; park in any available space.

Rates: Monthly permits are available for employees of office and restaurant tenants, providing 24/7 access to the garage. Contact Building Management to purchase a monthly permit.

Resident Parking

Entry/Exit: Enter via El Camino Real or Garwood Way. Please direct your guests and visitors to do the same.

Parking: Not assigned; park in any available space.

Rates: Monthly permits are available for residents, providing 24/7 access to the garage. Contact Building Management for monthly permit arrangements.

Prospective Resident Parking

Validated parking is available in the garage for prospective residents. Present your parking ticket at the leasing office for validation at the time of your visit.

EV Charging Stations

Charging stations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please move your vehicle once charging is complete to allow others to use the station.
