systemadminBack on the Grid, Clu was a full on computer program. He's lived, breathed, and been code his entire life, and so he's naturally comfortable with working and manipulating it. He also likes to be a creeper to gather intel whenever possible, which means he'll be hacking into network conversations when possible.
If you want to opt out of him snooping into your character's device (even if they're not super techno-literate), feel free to mention so below! If you think your character could make it difficult for him to dig in or if they could match his hacking skills (and lock him out), definitely mention that as well. As a note, if nothing is specified below, I will contact the player via PM/PP/etc. for player permission if a character's post is labelled 'encrypted', 'unhackable', etc.

Any other notes: If he happens to make locked threads with anyone, Clu is fine to hack them granted that the other person is okay with it. Ivan otherwise doesn't have much private information on it. Clu may find it disappointingly uninteresting as Ivan knows COMPASS might be listening in.

Can Clu hack your character's device?:If it's between himself and other non-Doctor/TARDIS characters, go for it. If the communication is between them, it's non-Earth based, so it might slow him down some? I'm good with him breaking it in time but ask the others too?

Can Clu hack your character's device?: Conan is actually extremely computer savvy. If the locked conversation includes something of delicate nature (something about Conan's real identity, or case information) Than I'd prefer that didn't get hacked, anything else is fair game.
Any other notes: Conan looks like a seven year old but he's actually a high school detective by the name of Shinichi Kudo. This is, of course, secret.

Any other notes: Daniel's not the most accomplished with tech on a LET'S BUILD THINGS level, but he has successfully managed to do complicated hacking from time to time, so he is relatively tech-savvy.
