Transition to TaxDome with ease

I was an avid Canopy Tax user for many years but was disappointed by the constant changes to their product. TaxDome had better reviews and my peers who had recently started to use the platform had expressed how much they liked it.

We don’t have to worry about having external drives for the data. We don’t have to worry about having a digital signature software provider. It just makes it easier to have everything in one single platform.

TaxDome was able to take our current CRM system (Liscio) that we paired with ClickUp for internal tasks and allowed us to combine the two software platforms. This will help with efficiency within our firm.

Before TaxDome we used one system for handling sensitive documents, one system for sharing documents, one system for task management… Packing that into a single system instead of 10 different ones is great.

All employees are working remotely and 99.5% of clients use the tool to work with us. We are getting compliments from our clients all the time and our business can be scaled thanks to TaxDome.

We loved TaxDome so much that we switched from Karbon Workflow after five years of use because of the client portal and its automation with engagements, tax organizers, client requests, and e-signatures.

I love that everything for managing clients, file sharing, gathering and requesting documents and the smart email inbox, is all in one place. I have been using a number of solutions that don't integrate thoroughly to achieve these things and finally I can have all these features in one place at a fair price.

We only need to log into two programs instead of five or six. TaxDome keeps our practice organized so nothing is missed, and everything is one platform: billing, tax docs, communication with clients, and soon an appointment calendar. And they are constantly improving the software.
