I'm messing with my meds. Things shouldn't get too weird because I'm being careful, but I figured I should mention it just in case (preliminary results: my concentration has gone to shit and scrolling down my friends page is giving me awful motion sickness - that doesn't exactly help with the nausea, let me tell you internets.)
