I think it's time I do this!

Hello everyone who took their time to check out my journal. As the text on my sidebar reads, this journal is mostly about me and my thoughts. I started this journal with one intention only: To put my emotions down to words, of events that aren't too important for my physical diary, or if it's a quick rant that I don't have anybody to share it with.

So yeah! If I subbed to you, that's probably because I found the posts available to view on your journal interesting, and I'd love to see more; but don't ever feel obligated to return with a subscription yourself. ❤ Don't hesitate to subscribe to my journal if you feel the same way, but I write here like I'm writing a diary most of the time, so be aware of that haha!

• You can call me Temris, and I use she/her pronouns. :)
• I'm an introvert, not a really social person in real life, but I really like listening to people talking about their interests -- which might explain why I don't write much here quite as often, but check it more than twice a week, so you'll probably see me under your comments often if I have time! :D
• I dropped out of university years ago, but currently trying it out again. I'm majoring in ELT as a non-native speaker.
• No matter the age I am in, I always find myself in the gripping hands of fandom. I love ye olde fannish spaces; though they're mostly lost to time, I still love it whenever I find myself dipped in a LJ from years ago, about a fandom I never even knew existed.
• I really enjoy history, mostly medieval Europe and World War I.
• I'm an artist and I think comics are my favorite medium to draw, but I'm not at a level I'm satisfied yet (aren't we all, artists get me).
• I love languages! I'm not too good at learning them but I will always try :D

• Currently, I mostly think about my OCs, and Augustus Caesar ❤🥺
• I also love football (the real one ⚽)!!
• I enjoy RPS, but only if it's in fannish spaces -- RPS cautiously guys! 😅
• I write and read fanfiction, though I don't post any here. You can find me on Ao3.
• One of the things I really enjoy is fandom meta talk! I often search through Fanlore as well, love hearing about old fandom drama.

I like a lot of stuff, but these things I like more than usual. So feel comfortable to talk to me about anything tbh!

• Some video games I can think of that I like a lot: Splinter Cell series, early Resident Evil games (until 4), Star Wars KotoR series, Yakuza series, Fatal Fury, and I also enjoy playing a few more fighting games. I LOVE strategy games like Civilization and Crusader Kings!
• Some TV shows/movies I can think of that I like a lot: Star Wars, Stargate & SG-1, DC's Stargirl, Doctor Who, Merlin, BBC Sherlock, Shrek (yes), I also enjoy watching 80s action movies.
• Info about books/comics: I love harlequin novels, and I also love reading harlequin manga! Aside from that, my favorite genre are josei manga that focus on realistic relationships. I love lots of DC characters (I also have guilty pleasure DC movies!) and a few Marvel characters as well!
