Oct. 17th, 2011 09:38 amBecause I've fallen for the wonderful Downton Abbey. It's so rich and powerful yet understated in the way that really good drama is. It's filmed beautifully, too. I just can't take my eyes away.
Of course, it points out something truly sad about the state of American entertainment. Hollywood gives us continual remakes and sequels and shit like Jersey Shore and The Real Housewives. The UK gives us Downton Abbey. Thank you, cousins.

Have you checked out Luther? That's another of my must watch list, and apparently it even gets better in season two, so yay.
