I’m a software developer with over 20 years experience working with Ruby and building web applications.
I lead the Hanami, Dry and Rom projects.
I’m interested in finding better ways to build maintainable software in small teams, and sharing this with the community.
I work as Principal Engineer at The Lookout Way. Previously, I’ve been a Principal Engineer/Engineering Manager at Buildkite, and a Principal Engineer/Director of Engineering at Culture Amp. Before that, I helped run Icelab.
I live in Canberra, Australia with my wife and two young children.
