Each ratchet will be given one piece (its shape may vary and we will leave that up to player’s choice) that they will be explicitly ordered to disregard until the other pieces have been put into their proper places. These pieces are essentially the last piece of the CTDS puzzle. Whenever they are ready, they will notice that the last pieces are no longer just black blocks like the many others they have dealt with earlier. Instead, there is an interface that appears to track the progression of the CTDS construction with an animated display that beckons them to “press the button”.
Pretend every hexagon on the ‘outside’ represents a color-coded piece each ratchet is assigned to. (Ignore the extra one.)
Once they press it, a holographic display of what appears to be yet another puzzle pops up, which brings us to the final and trickiest part of the CTDS setup.
In order to finalize the connection and calibrate the CTDS signal just right, each of the ratchets will need to complete a section of a puzzle each within a given timeframe, one right after the other. Why a given timeframe? After progressing to the end stage of the task, a timer will tick down, and they will be expected to complete the rest of the set up before the timer reaches zero. Not only that, but they also have to go in a particular order — the console that each ratchet has is color-coded. The color specified in the teams list? That’s your character’s color. Their display will pulse with their chosen color when it’s their turn, so ratchets must pay attention at all times especially given that they have a timer to beat.
Luckily (or sadly), nothing particularly exciting will happen if the timer does hit zero. You will have some very frustrated ratchets, however, as the whole process will need to start again from the beginning. That means all ratchets will have to work together in order to complete this task. At the same time, the defenders will have a problem of their own to deal with . . . but let's not talk about them. Let's talk about what the ratchets need to do in order to complete this task.
Neither Ghost nor Mother will tell them that they need to complete their puzzle in a certain order. The only hint they will get is that each of their piece has a similar color to one of the hexagons in the holographic display, not to mention the fact that their CTDS piece will pulse in a same-colored glow to indicate that it's their turn to go.
The order goes like this: BANAGHER ▶ ARMIN ▶ ALINA ▶ OBI-WAN ▶ BARNABY
Each of them will have exactly fifteen (15) seconds to complete the puzzle with a three-second window for the next ratchet to ready themselves. Since the consensus all ratchets have agreed to is mission success, here are the steps to solve your puzzle:
Upon pressing the button, the puzzle will pop up on the holographic display. It is a 3D view of what appears to be a circuit. We took this from Watch_Dogs. We're not even sorry.
Activating the puzzle enables a light source (coming from the bottom) to spill over the lines. The idea is to guide the light to the finish line — which is the marker on top.
First, you have to rotate the "L-block" (have nothing else to call it, friends) like so. You can start on the other side too. It doesn't matter.
Do the same with this guy. See how the light source is now pointing at the locked intersection?
Once unlocked . . . But you're not done yet!
You have to go back and rotate the L-block like this to make the light head for the final marker.
Do the same with the other side. (Again, you may do this the other way around.)
Congratulations. Consider your puzzle solved. This song plays. The chimeras start to retreat.
Solving the puzzle ends up with an anticlimactic result as well. Nothing happens beyond the chimeras finally retreating and the song playing in full. There might be random bits of static infiltrating the new song the CTDS plays, but beyond that . . . it is horrendously uneventful. Any questions about what happens next will be met with the familiar silence, along with a well-earned thank you.

RATCHET CREW: FINAL PUZZLE
