No. Workshop does not use customer data to train or fine-tune any AI models. All AI inference is handled through model providers that are configured with zero data retention and do not use customer inputs to train their models.
Yes! You’re always in control of Workshop’s AI features.
You can turn them on or off anytime. When AI is off, no data is shared with subprocessors like OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or Braintrust.
When it’s on, only the minimal information needed to complete your request is securely sent — never stored or used to train models.
