Workshop adds a one-click translation block to any message in our drag-and-drop email editor  so employees can instantly view the content in their preferred language— no separate app or copy-paste workflow required. It keeps global teams aligned and removes language barriers inside the same internal communications platform you already use.

How many languages are supported, and which engines power them?

You can translate messages into 135 languages. Thirty-one are handled by DeepL for extra accuracy, while the rest run through Microsoft Azure AI Translator, giving you broad coverage with enterprise-grade quality

Does translation work for frontline or deskless employees who rarely check email?

Absolutely. Share the email’s public web URL in Slack, Teams, kiosks, or QR codes; workers can open it on any device and pick the language they want — ideal for on-the-floor or mobile teams.

Which Workshop plans include the translation feature?

Translation is available on the Premium plan (and above). If you don’t see it in your workspace, reach out to your account manager or sales team to add it. (View our email pricing & plans here, too!)

Can I stop Workshop from translating brand names or specific terms?

Yes. You can add words or phrases to an “exclude” list; those strings remain unchanged in every translated version, protecting product names and internal jargon.
