Because this may have been lost in yesterday's rant...I'm looking for a new layout for this journal. Any recs?

Things I like:

Pale background, dark text
Sans-serif fonts
Wide text area
Seeing tags on entries
The side bar
A header image

Things I don't like:
Random people in images
Pink
Times New Roman
A narrow stripe down the middle of my screen to hold entries
Blockiness
Anything with a heavy load time (I sometimes hit LJ from mobile broadband)

So....who can point me at the good stuff?
