varmitech: (How about this instead-)

Being an inventor, Zach has access to a wide range of robotics and technology. Most (it appears) he has created by himself, whereas it is debatable that some has been acquired by other means. (Or stolen even, as he is constantly trying to steal Aviva's ideas and modify them for his own use.) So let's just start off with his primary technology, as well as his mode(s) of transportation-

His Jet/Plane

Any time Zach needs to get to another location, he's almost always using his jet or plane. One common thing about them is that they are usually very fast, so if Zach needs to make a quick get-a-way, they are the first thing he turns to. Otherwise he'd be seen riding on the shoulders of a Zach Bot. [I'll elaborate more on this further down.]

Zach has two types of Jets that he has been seen using in the show.

Image

The first type is much larger (with a trademark "V" painted on the side) and seems to almost be a cargo plane of some sort.

Image

More often than not, Zach takes advantage of the space of this jet to construct some of his larger inventions.

And then the other Jet-

is very sleek and much smaller, but also much faster in speed than the former.

He also has a boat that he travels around in when he needs to be on the water, as seen in "Bass Class".

Now, on to his inventions.

The Zach Bots

The Zach Bots are Zach's pride and joy. They are his go-to creations for almost everything he does.

Image

They generally hover wherever they go, and they are jam-packed with features designed by Zach himself. And there are a lot of Zach bots. He has been seen with over ten in a group at one time before, and Zach might even have some sort of 're-spawn' system set up [since the robots tend to get destroyed a lot. An example of that would be in "A Huge Orange Problem", where Chris and Martin use Orangutan creature powers to destroy the Zach Bots trying to cut down the trees the Orangutans live in.] Most likely though, Zach probably repairs the robots when needed, or just builds new ones.

The Zach Bots have the ability to switch their claws into different objects. Remember this image?

Zach told the robots to, and I quote, "Ready your saw arms, this is your mission!" an instant before discovering one of the robots had an egg beater attachment instead. This leads to the belief that the robots have many, many different arms and modes. Neutrally though, they're just seen with their claws.

Now the Zach Bots have the ability to transform their appearance on command.

Image

This was seen in "Let the Rhinos Roll", when Zach kidnapped [Yes, kidnapped] Chris and used one of his Zach Bots to pretend to be him to trick Martin and the crew into thinking he was ok. There were major flaws though [Such as Chris being in a red shirt other than a green, and Chris telling Martin to keep the baby rhino they had for as long as he wanted- which the REAL Chris would never have said.]

In another situation, a Zach Bot pretended to be a ranger to lure Chris right into Zach's waiting hands.

Which led to Chris' inevitable capture.

The Zach Bots are fiercely loyal to their creator, but there is one major problem with them though.

They take everything Zach says literally. Very literally.

If Zach says, "Someone pinch me!" one of the Zach Bots would come over and physically pinch him. In "A Huge Orange Problem" he says, "Heads up Zach Bots!" to get their attention, but in response they literally extend their heads. Zach follows with an irritated, "Augh! I meant listen!"

It would be smart for Zach to get on fixing that malfunction some time or another.

Creature Robots

Other than getting the Zach Bots to do his work for him, Zach has been known to use mind control [coupled with robotic suits] on wild animals to have them do his bidding.

Image

A very good example is from "Let the Rhinos Roll", when he captures dozens of wild Rhinos to make into robots to plow down the African Savannah and everything in his path. He just narrowly missed destroying the Tortuga at the same time, instead destroying the hanger it was parked inside.

Image

This was also seen in "Aardvark Town", when he tried to use an Aardvark to dig a swimming pool for him.

Other technology

In the season two episode "Creature Power Challenge", Zach used miniature versions of the Zach Bots to go into the creature power suits [and later the Tortuga] and make them malfuntion. I'll have screenshots to show as examples later after the episodes have been put online.
