Do we have info about mini-cassette, DiscMan, MiniDisc, or MP3 devices?

On Walkman.land we focus on regular, portable cassette players and recorders. Visit MiniDisc.wiki for instance for MiniDisc devices and DCC Museum for DCC devices.

Can you help me with my repair, obtain parts, belts, batteries, units?

We cannot help you with the repair or sourcing of units, parts - belts, switches, clips, or any other accessories. Please go to Fix Your Audio, Stereo2Go.com/forums and many other sites. Gumstick batteries and chargers, and their USB-C and lithium-ion replacements, can be obtained via many channels, and it should be easy for you to find several options.

I can't register or login

After the registration, you need to verify your email address. Follow the instructions in the mail to activate your account. After that you'll be able to login with your email & password combination. Did you forget your password? Then please use the reminder.

I have a walkman which isn’t on the site. Can you add it?

We are aware that there are more Walkman models than we have on the site. Although we have over 800 units on Walkman.land, there are many more waiting to be discovered & uploaded. Suggesting one via email does not mean it will be prioritized to be added to the site. However, you can help by providing good quality photos, non-copyrighted with a light, uncluttered background, and well prepared, accurate data for the upload, please contact us. Even better, join us on Discord and use the model suggestion sub channel. The more complete the package is, the sooner the unit is made available on Walkman.land.

How can I contribute?

Currently the biggest help for the site, is a monetary donation, to keep up the running cost, codings, motivations. If You feel yourself determined, reliable, experted walkman lover, don't hesitate to contact.
