3. Is this a trading platform?
No. WeConnectFX is NOT a trading platform. It is a professional networking and community platform.
4. Is WeConnectFX free to use?
Yes, the core features like profile creation, networking, and exploring the community are free.
5. What makes WeConnectFX unique?
WeConnectFX focuses only on the Forex ecosystem, making every connection relevant, targeted, and professional.
6. Can I find jobs through WeConnectFX?
WeConnectFX is not a job site. It helps you connect with traders, brokers, and community members so you can discover and interact with the best brokers.
Profile & Account
1. How do I create an account?
You can create an account by signing up with your email, Google and Linkedin login options. After signing up, verify your account, update your profile details, and start connecting with the community.
2. What should I include in my profile?
In your profile, you can update your Name, Email, LinkedIn profile URL, and profile photo. You can also change your password from the Security page.
3. Can I update my profile later?
Yes, you can edit your profile and change your password anytime.
4. How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset instructions. You can also reset or change your password anytime in the Security tab on your Profile page.
5. Can I have more than one account?
Each account requires a unique email. Users can create additional accounts using other emails and can connect with friends and other community members.
Networking & Connections
1. Can I message other users?
No, you cannot send private messages to other users. You can interact by posting in the public community pages or ask questions via the support/admin chat.
2. How do I connect with brokers, traders, or IBs?
You can view brokers and their employees on the platform. Their contact details or LinkedIn profiles are listed, so you can connect with them directly outside the platform.
3. Are there discussion groups or community spaces?
Yes. You can join community discussions, share insights, participate in FX-related conversations, and create or vote in polls.
4. How can I grow my network quickly?
Complete your profile, post updates, engage with other users, connect with professionals in your sector, and create or join events and meetings.
5. Can I block or remove a connection?
No, you cannot block or remove connections. All interactions are public through community posts, events, and meetings.
Traders, IBs & Brokers
1. How do traders benefit from WeConnectFX?
Traders benefit by discovering brokers, viewing their details, connecting with trading professionals, and participating in the community through posts, events, and meetings.
2. Can IBs promote their partnership programs?
IBs can share information about their partnership programs and services, but all posts must follow platform rules and be relevant to the FX community.
3. What can brokers do on the platform?
Brokers can list their details and employees, share updates, and interact with the community to connect with traders, IBs, and other FX professionals.
4. Can fund managers list their services?
Yes. Fund managers can share information about their services, trading strategies, and collaboration opportunities to connect with traders, brokers, and other professionals.
5. Are promotional posts allowed?
Yes, but only compliant, transparent promotions. No misleading claims or “guaranteed profits.”
Security & Support
1. Is my personal data secure?
Yes. All user data is encrypted and protected with industry-standard security measures.
2. How do I report a suspicious or fake user?
You can report them through the Support Chat. Just share the user or broker name, the issue, any screenshots or proofs, and a short explanation. Our team will review it and respond directly in the chat.
3. What happens if someone violates platform rules?
Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or permanently removed depending on the severity.
4. How do I contact support?
You can contact support anytime through the Support Chat on the platform, or send your query to our official support email.
5. What content is not allowed?
Spam, misleading claims, scams, abusive messages, guaranteed profit promises, and unsafe financial content.
