Ross has a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and extensive experience across a wide range of medical device development programs. Ross has led engineering projects on class III medical devices including structural heart implants and smart catheters.

Dr Will Charlton

Medical Director

Will has over 20 years of military and civilian medical experience and is a renowned expert in pre-hospital & environmental medicine. Will has treated numerous cases of heatstroke first-hand and brings a wealth of clinical & operational knowledge.

Steve Tocker

Operations Director

Steve is an experienced executive and was a former CEO of a body cooling technology company. He has been working with cooling tech since 2011 and his products have helped save the lives of numerous people.

Will is an experienced medical device regulatory professional with a history of successfully bringing new innovative medical devices to global markets. Will has developed & delivered a cardiac monitoring device and body cooling technology to market.

Felix O’Keeffe

Mechanical Engineer

Felix has a Masters in Mechanical Engineering and extensive experience in medical device development where he has previously worked for some of the biggest brands in the pharmaceutical industry. At Cryogenx, Felix brings his creative and analytical skills to drive the team's R&D.

Eleanor Smith

Design Engineer Intern

Eleanor has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and forms a key part of the in-house R&D team, supporting across a range of design and engineering tasks.

Charles has 25 years of experience across Medical & Life Science Chair & Director roles.
He has been actively involved in multiple Medtech exits totalling $3bn+.
