Early in the day, sometime in the summer, field mice were scurrying happily around and life was peaceful and pleasant. A couple of mice were tussling with each other, amongst the straw, when they bumped into a rabbit who was on his way passed. He glanced at them briefly with a critically stern eye, before carrying on with his business; wiggling his fluffy tail at them as he bounded off. An early morning summer breeze played gently with the straw and grass.
