Saturday night I was working in the shop. I have a lot of personal protective equipment but I foolishly neglected it in my haste. I was cutting a piece of metal stock when the 4" cutoff wheel disintegrated and a shard went through my lower lip. I spent the night in the ER and came home with close to 30 stitches. I'm in a great deal of pain and my lip is still quite swollen. i cant eat solid foods and speaking normally is difficult.PLEASE if you use power tools, use the appropriate protective equipment.
