Because I've decided to hold the second tournament again with the 32 new, different franchises that are up for election.
You're wondering why I'm holding the second tournament again?
Because I saw a user whose name I won't mention forcing other users to vote the way he wants without giving other users the right to vote as they wish. This user doesn't like it when one of his favorite franchises loses in this tournament and he's been commenting on my art or notes constantly about it which is really getting on my nerves.
And that's cheating, this user forcing people to vote the way he wants without their consent. It's a shame, I have to hold the second tournament again.
