Doors, stained with dirt and old blood, swung open at one end of the room. A frail canvas stretcher was carried through unevenly by two tired and bloodied men in mud-soaked drab wool. I haven't submitted any new work here for more than three years. Photography was only ever a minor hobby for me, and I felt I'd gone as far as I wanted to with it. Great photos require a lot of time and dedication, and my time and dedication have increasingly been taken up by other things.But it's a joy to see that people are still visiting the page and still posting nice comments, as DA continues to grow. Thanks!

Bjork appreciation

Wow, how good is Homogenic ? Had the CD for ages. Only listened to it seriously today. I'm awestruck. It's aged well I think. Outside any normal genre, it demands to be judged on its own terms.I quite liked Vespertine and Volta , but I had no idea how good Bjork could get.
