Leave it to Twitter to remind me of something from 11 years ago:Let me share a story with you: Back in 2008 I was in the US Air Force Reserves, living in Napa, CA. I had just finished my 'Drill Weekend' at Travis AFB and stopped off at the Starbucks on the corners of Trancas/Soscol/Big Ranch Road because I wanted to pick up my (then) wife and I a treat after a long weekend of training/work. Of course I was still in my USAF uniform because living so close to TAFB means I don't need to change out of uniform. Anyway, The barista looks at me in my uniform with shock in her eyes and tells me that she doesn't serve 'war mongers'. I was speechles...
