My mother suffered a heart attack but is recovering atm. Most of my attention has been divided between taking care of her, completing my graduate coursework & job hunting. After countless interviews & rejecting some offers, I finally found one that I felt comfortable enough to take for the time being. I have been working, well, slowly reading a book for the "Questionable Literary Summary". The first book I have to survive is Anne Canadeo's "The Silence of the Llamas". Just had to do it after seeing the title. Is it good? Do llamas murder someone in the book? Who knows? Hope to give you all thoughts by December. Aside from that, I've been MIA on here but interacting with folks over on CARA. @JenFruzz wants me to do a "questionable literary summary" post on the weekly basis for her entertainment. If got any suggestions, I'd like you to write them down in the comments & if I've read it, I'll probably do it. Jen's choice was obviously "Twilight". I have read that book & I have also grilled steaks with that book; only one of those activities was satisfying.
