The day was a busy one. And cold one as well. But the night in the Frozen North was even worse.
Luna was learning that the hard way – the bitter winds lashed at her alongside snow as she was on her path. Her wings struggled to carry her, and she, despite her best efforts, was forced to lower her flight. Weaving in between the hills and mountains was not ideal and certainly not safe, but easier to deal with than the harsh wind streams above.
- „Such a cold realm, how would anyone thrive there?”
The princess thought to herself as her eyes squinted, on a lookout for the Yakyakistan. Ever since they had opened their borders to Equestria and a diplomatic bond’s been established, there was little concern of them disliking a visitor, much less Luna. If all goes well, she’d be back in Ponyville by evening. Or at least she hoped that’d be the case – although she was used to cold during her nights, those were much warmer in Equestria.

Emerald Sustrai was pacing about the room Beacon had given the “visiting team from Mistral”. It had been crowded at the start, Cinder and Neo spending most of their time hiding in there to avoid anyone possibly recognizing the older women. Now though, the place was practically barren while said women lingered with Team RWBY.
“Look Em, if she was caught why hasn’t she been arrested yet? Or us, for that matter.” Mercury pointed out, reclining far back enough in his chair that there was only one leg on the floor. “This is one of her weird plans. Or a kink thing.”
“Cinder’s not like that!” Emerald snapped, though she still blushed at the thought of it. “Normally she's updated us by now! And I can’t get near her without the bimbo or one of her flaky friends around!”

Unlike the dragons and changelings, who both were dealing with certain problems until recently, hippogriffs had little to complain about. They were occupied with rebuilding the surface part of their kingdom, as a result of the problems with Storm King, but the villain himself has been vanquished. A new era of prosperity was fast-approaching now.
A small shadow was gliding across the land. Most hippogriffs paid it no mind, assuming it may be a bird. Some might've looked up into the sky, only to not find anyone above them.
The owner of said shadow lands, spreading her purple wings. Her eyes slowly look around the area as she smiles casually. Twilight. The pony was there on a certain mission, unbeknownst to all of the inhabitants. And considering their refusal to help when it mattered the most, Twilight had little to hesitate about.
