MEET YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM PRACTITIONER
Nicole Chetcuti, ISTP
Integrated Somatic Trauma Practitioner, Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, Children's Yoga Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner
"When the body feel safe, the mind comes home."
My work is rooted in nervous system regulation,
somatic trauma care, and emotional safety.
Nicole Chetcuti is an Integrated Somatic Trauma Practitioner, 200-RYT and RCYT through Yoga Alliance, and Sound Healing Practitioner, specializing in nervous system regulation, recovery, and embodied living. Her work supports individuals in moving out of chronic survival patterns and into greater presence, stability, and self-trust through body-based, present-moment approaches.
Through her signature frameworks: The Pit To Peace™ and Body-Led Living™, along with her self-paced online course Soul Diving™, Nicole guides individuals and practitioners in building nervous system capacity, strengthening interoceptive awareness, and learning how to live from the body rather than from stress, reactivity, or over-identification with the past or future. Her approach bridges somatic science with compassion-based care, integrating practices such as breathwork, mindfulness, movement, and sound to support regulation, integration, and long-term resilience.
Nicole is also the founder of Kyle’s Kids™, a children’s yoga and mindfulness program designed to foster emotional awareness, focus, and kindness through movement, breath, and community-based compassion projects. Offered as both an after-school program and summer camp, Kyle’s Kids™ supports nervous system awareness and emotional resilience in the next generation.
Rooted in lived experience and attuned presence, Nicole’s mission is to help individuals and communities shift out of mind-led, survival-based living and into embodied awareness anchored in safety, trust, and connection to the present moment.
ABOUT MY WORK
Grounded, Body-Led Support
My work is rooted in nervous system regulation, somatic trauma care, and emotional safety.
I work with people who have spent years functioning in survival mode; often capable, insightful, and high-functioning. Yet, disconnected from their bodies, overwhelmed, or unable to truly rest.
Rather than asking why something happened, I focus on what the nervous system is doing now, and how to support it in real time.
This work is slow, intentional, and body-led by design.
My Approach
I don’t believe people need to be "fixed".
I believe nervous systems adapt, often brilliantly, to what they’ve been asked to survive.
My role is not to override those adaptations, but to help the system feel safe enough to soften them when it’s ready.
That requires pacing, consent, structure, and respect. Those principles guide every container I offer.
I use a nervous-system-informed, somatic framework that prioritizes:
-
Safety before insight
-
Regulation before processing
-
Capacity before expansion
This means we don’t force change, push through discomfort, or override protective responses.
Instead, we work with the body to build stability, awareness, and resilience; so change can last.
Training & Background
I bring together professional training and lived understanding in this work.
My background includes:
-
Integrated Somatic Trauma Practitioner
-
Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200)
-
Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher (RCYT)
-

-
Experience supporting adults, children, clinicians, educators, and individuals healing from long-term stress and survival patterns
My work sits at the intersection of education, somatic practice, and nervous system literacy.
It is not therapy, and it is not crisis care.
