This contemporary logistics park comprises two three-story and one two-story buildings, totaling over 1.3 million SF (127,900 SQM).
Prologis Beijing Capital Airport Logistics Center II
China's first multistory airport logistics center is about 1 million SF (99,400 SQM). Comprising two buildings at Beijing Capital International Airport, this facility is occupied by the country’s biggest e-commerce business as a regional distribution center.
Prologis Chengdu Xindu Logistics Center
Planned in three phases, this project will provide about 2.3 million SF (217,600 SQM) of logistics space in the Xindu Logistics Park in Xindu District, north of Chengdu. It is 10 kilometers to downtown Chengdu (3rd Ring Road), located in the traditional logistics area and near the primary source of trucking services for the entire Chengdu area.
