      • When using our Messaging Services, you provide RC Willey with your phone number and/or email address for use in marketing communications.     If you use Social Sign On, you authorize the provider to share certain information (e.g., name, email, unique identifier). We do not receive your third-party password.

    If you use Social Sign On with an email that matches an existing RC Willey account, the accounts may be linked.

  10. Mobile Wallet Payments (Apple Pay / Google Pay)

    Mobile wallet transactions use tokenization. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.

    Refunds for mobile wallet purchases are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your wallet provider and financial institution.

  11. Account Deletion & Re-Registration

    Upon valid request, we delete or anonymize your personal information and instruct service providers to do the same, consistent with applicable laws such as the CRPA.

    If you later create a new account, it will be treated as a new customer profile; deleted personal information will not be restored.

  12. Session Replay Analytics & Support Chat Logs

    We may use session-replay analytics to diagnose issues and improve user experience. These tools:

    • Record interactions like clicks and scrolls;
    • Exclude sensitive fields (passwords, payment info, personal messages); and
    • Operate only with your consent.
