2. Register your account. Fill in your billing details by pressing Upgrade and we will prepare you a payment request.
3. After receiving the necessary supplier's data (logins, API keys, etc.), we will bring the product information to your Wise2Sync account,
4. We will provide you documentation in video and written format or schedule a onboarding video call.

We have our plugins for many integrations publicly available on GitHub and you can check their compatibility in our documentation. We will help you to connect your e-store with Wise2Sync by providing setup and configuration of your account. Contact us and we will find the best solution for your business.

We only accept credit card payments. When you start using our service, you will make the first payment yourself, and you won't have to worry about it later. Payments will be charged automatically 3 days before the due date. During the month, you can increase the plan at any time - then you will only have to pay the price difference.

The duration of the integration depends on how quickly you will provide access to the suppliers' product information, how many products will need to be processed, how quickly you will prepare categories and create price markups, etc. The initial setup may take up to 10 working days.

First of all, we will send you documentation in video and written format to get familiar with all the features we provide. After, we can schedule an onboarding call to answer your questions and provide guidance.

The rates for connecting a new supplier depend on the complexity of the integration and whether it will be an individual solution for you. Get in touch and we will make an offer after evaluating the information provided by the supplier.

In this case, the most optimal plan would be Business+. The total monthly price of the integration is €199 + VAT (if you do not pay VAT in your country). €299 Integration Setup & Configuration Fee is also applicable if you would like us to take care of mapping, repricing rules, and other features on your Wise2Sync account.
