Emacs 29: Install Tree-Sitter parser modules with an Emacs package

Emacs 29 finally brings TreeSitter integration. Besides nice syntax highlighting (called „font lock“ in Emacs terminology) it also brings structural understanding of the Source Code. But things are still early and rough, a lot of code has to adopt the new code.

Recently I had to implement an API to communicate with a client's software. The API uses JSON-RPC via an HTTP transport, secured by TLS. Since we're using the Elixir language it had to be implemented using Elixir.

Recently I've been getting a lot of Google Forms spam; today it was enough: within an hour I got 7 Google Forms spam messages, and I deciced to write a rspamd rule to block this type of spam.

Sorting by multiple criterias in Elixir

Sometimes one wants to sort an Enum by multiple criterias; e.g. you want to sort a list of records first by name and then by creation date. Let's get more specific, have a look at this list:

persons = [
  %{firstname: "Aleksei", lastname: "Magusev", location: "Gothenburg, Sweden"},
  %{firstname: "Andrea", lastname: "Leopardi", location: "L'Aquila, Italy"},
  %{firstname: "Eric", lastname: "Meadows-Jönsson", location: "Gothenburg, Sweden"},
  %{firstname: "Fernando", lastname: "Tapia Rico", location: "Amsterdam, Netherlands"},
  %{firstname: "James", lastname: "Fish", location: "Unknown"},
  %{firstname: "José", lastname: "Valim", location: "Kraków, Poland"}
]

We want to sort this list first by location, then by firstname and last by lastname. There are two easy solutions to this problem.
