Bit CRM REST API Documentation for Developers

Estimated reading: 1 minute 92 views

The Bit CRM REST API lets external applications read and write CRM data over HTTP. Requests authenticate with an API key you create in Settings → REST API; request and response bodies are JSON, and every endpoint is documented with example requests in Bash, PHP, and JavaScript.

Start with Introduction & Authentication, then jump to the module you are integrating:

  • Introduction & Authentication: base URL, creating API keys, authenticating requests, response format, pagination, and rate limits.
  • Leads: create, search, retrieve, update, and tag leads.
  • Contacts: create, search, retrieve, update, and tag contacts.
  • Companies: create, search, retrieve, and update companies.
  • Deals: create, search, retrieve, and update deals, move them through pipeline stages, and list the stages.
  • Products: create, search, retrieve, update, and activate or deactivate products (requires Bit CRM Pro).
  • Tags: list existing tags and create new ones.
  • Notes: list the notes on a CRM record and add new ones.
  • Activities: list, create, and retrieve tasks, meetings, calls, and activity notes.
