I wonder if we have some memory leaks and performance issues.

One thing radicle-httpd needs is to gather internal metrics/performance statistics. Sadly, there's no way to understand what's going on without knowing the internals (which I don't... wish I did, but as most of you can already tell: ENOTIME).
