Community Engagement & Opportunity Council (CEOC) is a faith-based, non-profit organization founded by Scott & Robin Turner in the Spring of 2021. Our mission is to revitalize communities through sports, mentorship & economic opportunity.
Serving the DFW community through our three programs:
CEOC’s Learning Program, powered by community partners, builds reading literacy & strengthens character in a fun, caring environment!
CEOC’s Mentorship Program equips high school & college athletes with the tools they need to succeed both on & off the field!
CEOC’s giving arm provides impactful resources to organizations that align with our mission!
