1 Introduction

Welcome to CloudForge, a technology and digital skills training academy powered by Ajeflex Global Innovation Limited.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, training programs, courses, learning materials, services, events, and other offerings provided by CloudForge Academy.

By registering for a course, making a payment, accessing our website, attending our classes, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not register for or use our services.

2 Eligibility

Our courses and programs are generally open to individuals who meet the stated requirements for the relevant course or program.

Where a program has specific age, educational, technical, or other requirements, participants must satisfy those requirements before enrollment.

3 Course Registration and Enrollment

Registration for a course or program is completed when the required registration information has been submitted and any applicable enrollment fee has been successfully paid.

CloudForge Academy reserves the right to:

• Accept or reject an application where necessary.
• Limit the number of participants in a class or cohort.
• Cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify a course or program where circumstances require.
• Change instructors, course schedules, delivery methods, or course content where reasonably necessary.

Registration does not guarantee employment, internship placement, business opportunities, or any specific financial outcome after completion of a course.

4 Fees and Payments

All course fees and applicable charges will be communicated through our official channels.

Participants are responsible for paying the applicable fees by the stated deadline.

Payments may be made through approved payment methods provided by CloudForge Academy.

A participant's enrollment may not be considered confirmed until the required payment has been successfully received and verified.

CloudForge Academy reserves the right to change course fees for future cohorts or programs. Any applicable price change will not affect a payment already completed unless otherwise stated.

5 Refund and Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise stated for a particular program or promotional offer, course fees paid to CloudForge Academy are non-refundable after classes or access to course materials have commenced.

Where a participant requests cancellation before the commencement of a program, any refund will be considered in accordance with the specific refund policy communicated for that program.

CloudForge Academy may, at its discretion, offer:

• Transfer of enrollment to another cohort;
• Course credit;
• Partial refund; or
• Another reasonable alternative, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds, where approved, may be subject to applicable administrative or payment-processing charges.

Promotional, discounted, or special-offer payments may be subject to separate refund conditions.

6 Course Transfers and Deferrals

Participants who are unable to continue with a registered cohort may request to transfer their enrollment to a future cohort.

Approval of a transfer or deferral is at the discretion of CloudForge Academy and may depend on:

• The reason for the request;
• The timing of the request;
• Availability of spaces in another cohort; and
• The terms of the particular program.

A transfer may be subject to additional conditions or fees where applicable.

7 Attendance and Participation

Participants are expected to attend scheduled classes, workshops, practical sessions, assessments, and other required activities.

Participants are responsible for keeping track of their class schedules and communicating with the Academy regarding legitimate attendance issues.

CloudForge Academy is not responsible for a participant's inability to complete a course due to personal circumstances, poor attendance, lack of participation, inadequate internet access, unsuitable equipment, or other circumstances within the participant's control.

8 Online Learning and Technical Requirements

Where a course is delivered online or partially online, participants are responsible for having access to:

• A suitable computer or mobile device where required;
• Reliable internet connectivity;
• Necessary software or applications;
• Appropriate power supply; and
• Any other technical requirements communicated for the course.

CloudForge Academy will make reasonable efforts to provide online learning services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access where interruptions result from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9 Certificates

Participants may be eligible to receive a certificate upon successfully completing the applicable requirements of their course or program.

Certificate eligibility may depend on factors such as:

• Attendance;
• Completion of assignments or practical exercises;
• Successful completion of assessments;
• Payment of all applicable fees; and
• Compliance with the requirements of the program.

A certificate confirms participation and/or successful completion of the relevant CloudForge Academy program. It does not constitute a government-issued professional license, university degree, or guarantee of employment.

CloudForge Academy reserves the right to withhold or revoke a certificate where there is evidence of fraud, academic misconduct, falsification, or serious violation of these Terms.

10 Learning Materials and Intellectual Property

All course materials, training documents, presentations, videos, graphics, exercises, assessments, software resources, branding, logos, and other educational content provided by CloudForge Academy remain the intellectual property of CloudForge Academy or their respective owners unless otherwise stated.

Participants receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use course materials for their own educational purposes.

Participants must not, without prior written permission:

• Copy or reproduce course materials for commercial purposes;
• Sell, distribute, publish, or redistribute course materials;
• Upload paid course materials to public websites or file-sharing platforms;
• Share private course recordings or restricted learning resources;
• Claim CloudForge Academy's materials as their own; or
• Use CloudForge Academy's intellectual property in a manner that may cause confusion or imply unauthorized affiliation.

11 Recording and Content

CloudForge Academy may record certain classes, workshops, events, or promotional activities for educational, documentation, quality assurance, or marketing purposes.

Where applicable, participants may appear in photographs, videos, testimonials, or other promotional content.

Participants who have concerns about appearing in promotional content may contact CloudForge Academy through our official contact channels.

12 Student Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.

The following conduct is prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation;
• Discrimination or abusive behaviour;
• Disrupting classes or Academy activities;
• Fraudulent activity;
• Unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
• Plagiarism or academic dishonesty;
• Sharing another participant's private information without permission;
• Misuse of Academy equipment or resources; and
• Any unlawful activity.

CloudForge Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a participant's access to a program where their conduct materially violates these Terms. Depending on the circumstances, such termination may occur without a refund.

13 Academic Integrity

Participants are expected to complete assignments, projects, assessments, and other academic work honestly.

Plagiarism, impersonation, submitting another person's work as one's own, unauthorized collaboration, falsifying results, or other forms of academic misconduct may result in disciplinary action.

CloudForge Academy may withhold certificates or terminate enrollment where serious academic misconduct is established.

14 Use of Academy Platforms and Website

You agree to use CloudForge Academy's website, learning platforms, communication channels, and other digital services lawfully and responsibly.

You must not attempt to:

• Gain unauthorized access to our systems;
• Introduce malicious software;
• Interfere with the operation of our website or learning platforms;
• Scrape, copy, or exploit restricted content without authorization;
• Impersonate CloudForge Academy or its representatives; or
• Use our services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

• A particular salary;
• Freelance contracts;

• Promotion;
• Admission into another institution; or
• Any specific career or financial outcome.

Results may vary depending on the participant's effort, experience, portfolio, market conditions, and other factors.

17 Changes to Courses and Services

CloudForge Academy continuously improves its programs and may modify course content, instructors, schedules, learning platforms, delivery methods, or other aspects of its services.

Where a significant change materially affects an enrolled participant, we will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate notice.

18 Disclaimer of Warranties

CloudForge Academy provides its services on an "as available" basis and makes reasonable efforts to maintain the quality and accuracy of its training and services.

However, we do not guarantee that:

• Our website or learning platforms will always be available or error-free;
• All course content will always remain unchanged;
• Every technical issue will be resolved immediately; or
• The services will meet every participant's individual expectations or objectives.

19 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CloudForge Academy and Ajeflex Global Innovation Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of our services.

This includes losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including internet failures, power interruptions, third-party service failures, device problems, or other technical disruptions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

20 Force Majeure

CloudForge Academy shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failure to provide services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, civil unrest, strikes, power disruptions, internet outages, cyber incidents, infrastructure failures, or other unforeseen events.

24 Termination

CloudForge Academy may suspend or terminate a participant's access to its services where the participant:

• Engages in serious misconduct;
• Attempts to compromise Academy systems;
• Misuses Academy intellectual property; or
• Provides materially false information.

Termination does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the provision of our services shall, where possible, first be addressed through good-faith communication and negotiation.
