A pageview is recorded every time a visitor loads a page that runs your ConsentLayer banner. Traffic is measured monthly across your account.
What happens if a site hits its pageview limit?
Your banner stays live and continues blocking scripts normally. We show a notice in your dashboard asking you to upgrade when traffic grows. You never pay unexpected overage fees.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can change your plan or payment frequency anytime in your account settings. Stripe handles the prorated adjustment.
How does annual pricing work?
Paying yearly cuts 20% off your subscription cost compared to monthly payments on every paid plan.
Which plans get the API, SDK, and AI agent connector?
Every plan includes full access to the REST API, JS/React SDK, and the AI agent connector, including the Free plan.
Is the hosted cookie policy page included on every tier?
Yes. All plans include a hosted cookie policy page that lists the trackers found during scans.
Which plans include consent analytics?
Basic accept and reject totals appear on all plans. Studio and Agency add full analytics, geographic breakdowns, performance trends, and CSV file exports.
How often does the tracker scanner run?
You can launch a manual scan on any plan whenever you want. Solo and Studio run automatic scans weekly. Agency runs automatic scans daily.
Does the Free plan handle EU and California visitors differently?
No. Free displays one standard banner to every visitor. Region rules start on Solo. With Solo and up, EU visitors see an opt-in banner, while California visitors get the opt-out workflow with a Do Not Sell link.
How many banner languages can I use?
Free allows 1 active language on your banner. Solo, Studio, and Agency support unlimited languages.
How long are consent records stored?
Free keeps records for 30 days. Solo and Studio store consent logs for 1 year. Agency retains logs for 2 years.
