Welcome
Zero replaces your CRM and the tools around it. Companies, contacts and deals live on one record; your email, calendar, LinkedIn and meeting notes land on that record on their own, and connected tools such as billing and product analytics add theirs; and agents that know your business work on top of it — researching accounts, keeping deals current, preparing meetings and drafting the next message. You stay in control of what reaches a customer: Chat asks you to approve before it sends anything, and an agent that sends email can be set to save the message as a draft for you to review instead.
Zero follows the customer through four stages — prospect, close, grow and scale. These docs explain how each part works and how to set it up.
Find your way around
If you only read one page, read Chat. Asking is usually faster than clicking: Chat finds records, prepares meetings, drafts follow-ups, builds lists and reports, and sets up agents for you.
From there:
Getting Started — Key concepts explains how records, lists, views and deals fit together, and Data Import brings your existing CRM in.
Tracking Context — what you attach to a record, and where it shows up: the Record view itself, the Activity feed, Notes and Files.
Settings — workspace setup (Members, Pipelines, Custom Properties) and connections (Email & Calendar, Integrations, Notetakers).
Use the search bar at the top of this site to jump straight to a topic.
