More Events

Let's work through the system and make sure that everything that can reasonably fire an Event is doing so. Here's some actions that don't fire Events (or the proper ones):

• Impersonate Start/End
• Cache Clear (all cache types)
• Update Search Indexes
• Reset Password doesn't send native PaswordReset Event
• Edit License Key
• Saving Preferences
  • Not sure we need more preferences events because:
    • DefaultPreferencesSaved already exists for default level
    • RoleSaved exists for preferences saved at role level
    • UserSaved exists for preferences saved at user level
• Add/edit/delete Site
