1. Projects must be substantially created during the challenge period unless the organizers explicitly allow previously developed work.
2. Participants must clearly disclose any previously existing components, open-source libraries, datasets, APIs, templates, or third-party resources used in their project.
3. Participants must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit all materials included in their project.
4. Projects must belong to one of the official PRISM challenge tracks.
5. Submissions should demonstrate meaningful effort, originality, and relevance to the selected challenge.

1. Participants retain ownership of their submitted work unless otherwise specified.
2. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their submission does not infringe the intellectual property rights of another person or organization.
3. Plagiarism, fraudulent submissions, impersonation, or misrepresentation of work may result in disqualification.
4. Use of publicly available tools, APIs, frameworks, datasets, and open-source resources is permitted where their respective licenses allow such use.

The weighting of individual criteria may vary depending on the selected track.

Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the challenge.

Harassment, discrimination, abuse, cheating, manipulation of judging processes, or other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

The organizers reserve the right to disqualify submissions that violate the rules or compromise the integrity of the challenge.
