End-user license agreement

Spider blocks specific content types and domains at its sole discretion. Custom licenses are not available.

You are responsible for any data you acquire through Spider and any downstream use of that data.

A data processing agreement is available with enterprise plans .

By using Spider, you agree that we are not responsible for account blocks, data obtained, or restrictions imposed by third-party software or platforms.

To the extent the law allows, Spider's total liability for all claims connected to the service is limited to the fees you paid Spider in the 12 months before the claim arose. Spider is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Promotions are offered occasionally and apply to new accounts or specific situations.

Spider Shield is a free firewall provided in exchange for bandwidth. By installing or using it, you agree that Spider may route a portion of internet traffic through your device's connection, including requests to load, render, and test third-party public websites, in the same manner as the Spider Peers application.

You may cap the bandwidth shared, pause sharing, or quit the application at any time. Spider Shield does not sell your personal browsing, keeps your own traffic on your own IP address, and does not route sensitive categories (such as banking and webmail) through your connection.

You are responsible for ensuring you are authorized to share the internet connection of any device on which you install Spider Shield.

Spider sells digital services. A credit purchase counts as delivered once the credits reach your balance, and a plan counts as delivered once it activates. After that, the purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable, except where the law requires otherwise. You cannot move credits or a plan to another account or convert them to cash.

Before you pay, check the amount, the plan, the price, and the account or team you are buying for. Spider cannot move a purchase made on the wrong account.

Monthly plans renew automatically and charge the payment method on file each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on the plan page . Cancelling stops the next renewal. The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and Spider does not refund a partial period.

A price change applies from your next purchase or billing period. It never changes the price of a period you have already paid for, and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

If Spider suspends or terminates an account for breaking these terms, the remaining balance and any unused plan time are not refunded. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute can also lead to suspension while it is reviewed. If you think you were charged in error, email support@spider.cloud first.

Promotions, discounts, and bonus credit offers are limited-time and subject to eligibility requirements. A promotion may exclude accounts on custom, enterprise, or otherwise negotiated pricing, and may apply only to specific purchase types, such as a single pay as you go payment at or above a stated minimum.

Spider may modify, extend, shorten, or withdraw any promotion at any time, in its sole discretion. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase are the terms that apply to it.

Bonus credits granted under a promotion are non-refundable and non-transferable, hold no cash value, and are governed by the standard credit terms , including any expiration, together with the rest of this agreement.
