- Each team can have 1–3 members.
- Participants may form teams with members from different backgrounds or skill sets.
- Each participant can be a member of only one team.
- All submissions must be original work created by the participating team.
- Previously developed projects may not be submitted as-is.
- Teams may use existing open-source libraries, APIs, and tools, but their contribution and implementation should be clearly demonstrated.
- AI/ML must play a meaningful role in the submitted solution.
- Teams may use AI models, APIs, frameworks, and other AI tools.
- Clearly explain how AI is being used in the project.
- Simply adding an AI chatbot or API without meaningful integration is discouraged.
- All projects must be submitted through the official Devpost submission page before the deadline.
- Late submissions may not be considered.
- Teams must provide a project description, demo video, source-code repository, and working prototype/demo where applicable.
- Source code should be accessible to judges through a repository link.
- The project should include sufficient instructions to understand or run the solution.
- The demo should clearly showcase the project's main functionality.
- Teams are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use all code, datasets, APIs, images, models, and other third-party resources included in their project.
- Proper attribution must be provided where required.
- Participants must not interfere with other teams' projects or submissions.
- Plagiarism, fraudulent submissions, manipulation of judging, or misrepresentation of work may result in disqualification.
- Projects must comply with applicable laws and event guidelines.
- Solutions should not intentionally promote harmful, illegal, discriminatory, or unsafe activities.
- Teams should consider privacy, security, fairness, and responsible use of AI.
Projects will be evaluated based on criteria such as:
- Innovation & Creativity
- Technical Implementation
- Effective Use of AI
- Real-World Impact
- User Experience
- Completeness & Demo Quality
The organizers reserve the right to disqualify submissions that violate the rules or eligibility requirements. The judges' decisions will be final.
