Transcribing an uploaded file costs 1 credit per minute of video or audio, and transcribing a social media video from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X costs 5 credits per video. You can check your balance on your profile page.

New users receive 30 free transcription credits as soon as they sign in. No extra action is required, and those free credits never expire.

No. They are already included in your credits, and credits represent what you spend to transcribe. However, if speaker identification was not enabled when you uploaded the video, the exported transcript will not include speaker labels. If you need speaker labels, please upload the video again with speaker identification enabled.

If you only need transcription occasionally, the 200 credits plan is a good fit. If you are a creator or often transcribe meetings, interviews, or longer recordings, the 600 credits plan is usually the better choice. If you need a lot more, the 6,000 credits plan gives you the best value.

The system checks your balance before each transcription starts. If your balance is not enough, you will see a prompt first, so a transcription will not start with insufficient credits.

No. The system only charges you after it confirms that transcription has been completed.
