About this site
webnd.net is WebND's corporate website: it describes our ventures, our studio services, and how to reach us. It doesn't itself sell anything, take payments, or require an account.
What this doesn't cover
These terms apply only to webnd.net itself. Our ventures (CityLink, Capital, and others as they launch) operate under their own registrations and licences, and where they have their own booking, account, or payment features, those are covered by that venture's own terms, not these.
Using this website
You're welcome to browse this site, read about what we do, and get in touch through the Contact or Careers forms. When you submit either form, we ask that what you tell us is accurate. It's how we know who we're replying to and what about.
Intellectual property
The WebND name, logo, and the content of this site (copy, design, and case studies) belong to WebND unless otherwise credited. Please don't reproduce them without asking us first.
No guarantee of outcome
Submitting the Contact form doesn't commit us to taking on a project, and submitting the Careers form doesn't commit us to an interview or a role. We read everything that comes in and reply within one working day where we can, but a reply isn't a guarantee of either.
Accuracy of information
We keep venture statuses (Active, In build, Concept) and service descriptions as current as we reasonably can, but things move, and a description on this site is a snapshot, not a guarantee of what's available today. Check with us directly before relying on anything time-sensitive.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, WebND isn't liable for losses arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts in Dimapur, Nagaland.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update this page and change the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
