I built a new FocusMe plan: 🍽️ Dinner Time Block Every weekday at 5:30pm my computer locks for 30 minutes. No override. No pause. Why? Because "I'll just finish one more thing" was stealing family time. Simple boundary. Big impact. The work can wait 30 minutes. #Focus
