Fic: ( These Are a Few of My Favorite Things (Or: Finders, Keepers) )

After more than a year since I first outlined it, Tipping the Scales (SVSSS, GYX x ZZL) has decided it's time to be written 😂 What a time to insist on that! I'd gotten so used to, "It's not time yet. The stars say it's not. Check back later," it's a surprise to actually be making progress!

But a good surprise. I've written maybe five hundred words today? Maybe more? So. 10% to 18% done, give or take. Here's hoping they keep rolling smoothly!


In other writing news, pod_together fics and podfics start going live next week. I've listened to the podfic my partner produced, and I can hardly wait for everyone else to hear it, too!


In quilting news, I've gotten a start on hexagons! I'm working on the dark blue at the moment, with light blue to follow, and then I'll have to decide how to approach the background since it turns out I don't have quite enough gray for it. Odds are good that I'll just use the wrong side of the light blue, since I almost certainly have enough of that, but I'll stitch some more hexagons up first.
