Very small PR that removes the trailing slash from
GHCRDefaultPrefix, which has caused numerous issues in the past.Also made all the RunnerOptions methods have pointer receivers.
This is technically a breaking change, but everybody should be using some sort of "smart" join to add the prefix anyway.
Naturally, no AI was used for these 3 lines.
