Full-stack	HTML, CSS, JS/TS, React, Next.js, PHP, Node — clean code, solid perf, interfaces that work for everyone
WordPress (specialty)	Sage 11, Blade, Acorn, Bedrock, Tailwind + Vite, Gutenberg blocks. A11y + Core Web Vitals baked in
Front-end	Responsive layouts, readable type, one clear next step — especially on phones
Back-end	PHP, Node, APIs — the logic and integrations behind the pretty pixels
Local business sites	Gettysburg / Adams County restaurants, inns, shops, tours, realtors. You own the keys
Agency partner	Overflow and silent subs welcome — you keep the client relationship; I stay in the background

I use Claude and Cursor to move faster on the repeatable parts. Every line still gets read and tested by me before it ships — I wrote about that in AI Website Redesign: 5 Lessons From a Solo Developer.

How I actually work

Shops own everything: domain, hosting, database, and code
The admin experience is part of the build — if it’s hard to update, it doesn’t get updated
Plain, readable code (if you can’t follow a function in 30 seconds, it’s too clever)
AI assists; I review everything
Accessibility and plain language by default
Small, focused plugins — one job each
