Fix guide docs typos and grammar

Summary

• Fix spelling and minor grammar issues across guide docs
• Clean up a malformed guide link and a few awkward phrases
• Keep changes scoped to docs/docs/guide

Testing

• npm run build --prefix docs
• git diff --check -- docs/docs/guide

Note: The docs build still reports existing broken-anchor warnings outside docs/docs/guide.
